1. How long does it take to 3D print an object?
- Most of our non-customize products can be printed in 4 hours or less. Customized orders typically range from 11 to 30 hours, per product, depending on complexity.
2. What quality can I expect from your 3D prints?
- While we do our best to provide a product that matches the computer-generated render, please remember that this is 3D printed plastic and some imperfections should be expected, especially for more complex designs.
3. Are there any limitations or restrictions on what can be printed?
- Not all customizations are possible due to the complexity of the requested design and the size of the printed products.
4. What is your shipping policy?
- We offer free shipping within the Continental U.S. when ordering 2 or more prints. Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas shipping is provided at the buyer’s expense, however we will work with you on the most economical options for your location.
5. What is your return or refund policy?
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We will do our best to address any issue or concerns customers have but most of our products are custom prints and are not able to resold to other customers.
